A local youth from Larned was elected Commissioner Of Insurance during 2016 session of the American Legion Boys State of Kansas Leadership Academy.
Mason Schartz, of Larned, defeated Adam Kropf, of Westphalia and Max Erickson, of Lansing for the position of Commissioner Of Insurance.
