Academics

Reagan’s nomination said she demonstrates an outstanding work ethic in the classroom and takes challenging classes with the expectation of achieving academic excellence.

“Reagan sets an academic goal and then does whatever it takes to attain it,” the nomination read. “This may mean spending countless hours outside of class with an instructor or diligently working on her own to understand a difficult concept.

“Reagan’s membership in the National Honor Society, being named as a Kansas Honor Scholar, and just recently receiving the honor as a Governor’s Scholar speaks to her commitment to maintain excellence in the classroom and achieving her goals.
