Great Bend Police received a report at 8:09 p.m. Saturday that Colby Hopkins was breaking into vehicles in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Hopkins, of Great Bend, was arrested on charges of theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, obstruction, possession of opiates and unlawful use of driver’s license. Bond was set at $10,000.
