A vehicle hit a deer at 8:58 a.m. Thursday in the 900 block of NW 20 Ave.

Great Bend Police
On Thursday, a Great Bend resident reported someone using his debit card. Several “forged check” cases were taken, along with criminal use of a financial card.
A counterfeit $10 was passed at 2520 10th St.
Kansas license tag 026HAE was reportedly stolen from 2920 10th St.
At 4:48 a.m. Friday, a hit-and-run accident was reported in the 2600 block of Broadway Ave. An unknown driver sideswiped a parked vehicle and left. Debris at the scene was from a red Pontiac, possibly a Grand Am or a Grand Prix.
