Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made six ambulance runs Monday. There were no fires.
Units responded to a house fire at 1:31 p.m. Tuesday at 301 Locust St.

Great Bend Police
A known person threw a brick at the house at 813 Williams St., it was reported Monday.
A female shoplifter was reported at Walmart.
A woman reportedly stole a Redbull beverage from Love’s Country Store, 1221 10th St.
At 9:51 p.m., GBPD assisted the Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office by contacting someone in Great Bend about a battery that occurred in Pawnee County.
Officers responded to protective custody case at 11:09 p.m. on Walnut Dr. An arrest was made after marijuana was found.
At 5:18 a.m. Tuesday, police received a report of an accidental discharge of a firearm at 2912 18th St.

Barton County Sheriff
A Great Bend woman contacted the BCSO at 5:06 p.m. to report an non-injury accident that occurred earlier. She said she hit a bird on NE K-156 and East U.S. 56 but did not realize it until she got home.
At 6:24 p.m. Monday, a deputy and a towing service went to a farm house on SW 80 Ave. and SW 10 Road, to collect a red Mazda Miata that was stolen from Cedar Park Place in Great Bend on Dec. 17 or 18.
