Firefighters made five ambulance runs Monday.
At 5:13 p.m., units were sent to 5918 Rosewood for a report of a lot of smoke coming from that address. The resident advised she had just added some wood to the wood-burning stove.

A hit-and-run vehicle struck a parked vehicle in the 1500 block of Williams St.
A wallet was found at the Dillons Store, 1811 Main, and returned.
Vehicles driven by Kimberly McHenry and Taryn Morgan collided at 3:34 p.m. on 19th St.
An individual reported a battery which occurred last week.
