Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made four ambulance runs on Monday.
At 8:58 p.m., units responded to area of 16th and Monroe for a brush fire. They found an individual at 3012 16th St. was burning in a homemade fire pit without a screen. Because it was not a proper container, the fire was extinguished.

Theft of a lawn ornament from 1606 Broadway Ave. was reported Monday.
Vehicles driven by Adnan Fisco and David Gossett collided at 12:40 p.m. in the 3900 block of 10th St.
Bullet holes were found in the building at 9025 4th Ave. C.
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a parked vehicle at 3820 Broadway Ave.
A Child In Need of Care case was taken Monday.
