Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made three ambulance runs Monday.
At 6:40 p.m., units responded to 713 Holland to assist with a water leak under the house.
At 8:57 p.m., there was a fire alarm at Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy. Firefighters found no signs of smoke or fire; the alarm was caused by a detector malfunction.

Great Bend Police
 A known person allegedly shoplifted from Dillons, 4107 10th St., it was reported Monday. She was served a notice to appear (NTA) in municipal court and told not to return to the store.
At 2:55 p.m., juveniles were seen on the ice at Veterans Memorial Lake. They were contacted and told to stay off the ice.
A known person allegedly shoplifted from the Autozone store, 2219 10th St. An NTA was signed but not served.
A disabled vehicle was removed from 10th St. around 6:09 p.m.
Eastbound vehicles driven by William Moore and Dayton Berg collided at 6:38 p.m. in the 3200 block of 10th St. as Moore was changing lanes.
At 2:22 a.m. Tuesday, GBPD was notified that another law enforcement agency had recovered a stolen handgun from a Great Bend 2014 case.

A Barton County resident reported a well was damaged by former renters.
