The eight-season series "Full House" ended in 1995, but the story is just two months away from continuing in a Netflix original series, "Fuller House."
Netflix released the first "Fuller House" teaser trailer on its YouTube channel Thursday and announced that the show will premiere Feb. 26.
According to a description below the trailer, the series begins when "D.J. Tanner-Fuller calls upon her sister, Stephanie, and her friend, Kimmy, to move in and help raise her three boys." Candace Cameron Bure, now a talk show host on "The View," will reprise her role as D.J. Tanner. Andrea Barber returns as Kimmy Gibbler, and Jodie Sweetin is back as Stephanie Tanner.
The trailer takes viewers on a nostalgic journey through the "Full House" set. Although cast members don't appear in the trailer, their voices can be heard, and the trailer concludes as they are about to enter their iconic home, which Bure posted pictures of on her personal Instagram account.
All 13 episodes of "Fuller House" will premiere on Netflix on Feb. 26.
