Judith E. Judy Espinosa

STAFFORD — Judith E. "Judy" Espinosa, 71, Stafford, passed away Nov. 6 at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita. Born Aug. 16, 1940 in Ponca City, Okla., she was the daughter of Bob and lola Mae (Graves) Snow. On April 4, 1992 she married Jose A "Joe" Espinosa. He survives. She worked as a cook in nursing homes at Moline and St. John, and at the hospital in Hoisington and was also a homemaker.

Mrs. Espinosa was an active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Pratt.

Survivors include her husband of the home; her children, Russell Karr, of Wichita, Dayna Bishop of Peck, Rochelle Cox and Steven Karr, both of Stafford, Susan Seymour of Chicago, Ill., and Jennifer McDow, of Moline; three stepsons, Joe Espinosa of Eureka, John Espinosa of Great Bend, and Ted Espinosa of Otis; one sister Debbie Dixon, of Goddard; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Homer Neth; one infant son Robert; and one brother Tom Snow.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, at Countryside Zimmerman Funeral Home with Rick Reeves officiating. Interment will be at Cresco Cemetery north of Howard. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10 a.m. until service time. Family suggests contributions to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses Pratt Remodeling Fund in care of the funeral home.
