LARNED — Linda Anne Goldsworth, 82, passed away on May 16, 2026, in Larned, Kan. She was born on July 29, 1943, in Great Bend, Kan., to John and Anne Eitel.

After graduating from Bison High School in 1961, Linda attended Brown Mackie College in Salina, working as a secretary in Colby, Salina, and Hutchinson. While in Hutchinson, Linda attended Hutchinson Community College and dedicated many years of her life working as a medical transcriber, a career she took pride in through her attention to detail and care for others. Her constant companion of over 22 years, Gizmo, her tuxedo cat, traveled with her along her journeys. She will be remembered for her quiet strength and devotion to her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Donald Hansen; sisters, Edna Hildebrand, Helen Rucker, and Ruth Dahl; nephews, Dale Dahl and Glendon Hildebrand; and niece, Ellen Jean Hildebrand. Linda is survived by her sister, Edith Elder; nieces and nephews, Sandy Hata (Calvin), Gary Rucker (Mary), Karen Lile, Larry Dahl (Ava), Joanna McAlister (Greg), Bill Elder (Sylvia), and Emily Little (Matt); one granddaughter; several great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory. She is also survived by Elaine, wife of Dale Dahl.

A private family service will be held at a later date chosen by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Janousek Funeral Home.
