The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Move Your Mountain Coaching and Consultation, invites community members to attend the September session of The Leader’s Lunchroom, a monthly leadership series designed to spark growth, connection, and courageous action.

The September gathering will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at the Great Bend Chamber Boardroom, located at 1125 Williams St. The event is free and no registration is required.

This month’s topic, “Team Dynamics That Drive Results: Moving from Groups to High-Performing Teams,” explores what it truly takes to build teams that thrive. High-performing teams don’t happen by accident. During this session, leaders will explore the essential elements that foster lasting success, including trust, shared responsibility, psychological safety, and the structures that support healthy collaboration. Through meaningful discussion and practical insights, attendees will discover how intentional leadership can transform a collection of individuals into a cohesive, high-performing team that consistently delivers results.

A featured coaching question for the session asks:

“What is the one dynamic that—if improved—would elevate your entire team’s performance?”

This session will be led by Kimberly Becker, CEO of Move Your Mountain Coaching, alongside Megan Barfield, President of the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, offering attendees a dynamic and engaging hour of insight, conversation, and connection.

The session includes a leadership takeaway, guided discussion, and networking.
