Carr Auction & Real Estate Inc. announces the addition of Jamie Froetschner, formerly Jamie Schartz, as a Kansas Licensed Realtor. Jamie will be specializing in Residential, Land and Commercial Property transactions in Pawnee County and the surrounding region served by Carr Auction & Real Estate.

Before entering the Real Estate industry, Froetschner worked in banking and sales for nine-plus years. After relocating back to her hometown of Larned and marrying her husband Chris Froetschner, also with Carr Auction, she dedicated her time to raising their three daughters, Finley, Royce and Sawyer. While being a homemaker, she also spent the last eight years working part-time for Carr Auction & Real Estate, along with a role as Social Media Specialist and Representative for an ever-growing fashion design/apparel company.

While Jamie is new to the licensing portion of the Real Estate industry, she is surrounded by a family of realtors. Her husband and in-laws, Larry Carr and Jim Froetschner, have over 105 years combined real estate experience. Her stepmother is also one of Pawnee County’s leading realtors. Needless to say, Jamie will have a strong foundation with a plethora of support in the industry. She is under the leadership of Carr Auction Broker, Rita Kurtz.

Raised in Pratt and Larned, Jamie was a 2006 graduate from Larned High School and is extensively involved in community events and happenings. Her goal at Carr Auction & Real Estate is a simple one: Connect Buyers and Sellers in successful transactions while building strong and lasting relationships along the way.
