Dolores Grose of Great Bend will celebrate her 80th birthday on Aug. 6, with a card shower.
Delores was born on Aug. 6, 1935, in Bazine. On June 15, 1953, she married Alvin Grose in Bazine. She enjoys gardening, quilting and doing genealogy. Her children and their spouse are Pam and Rod Smith of Sterling, Cindy and Chuck Putters of Peachtree City, Ga., and Bruce and Pattie Grose of Colorado Springs, Colo.
