We finally have the privilege of sharing some exciting news. The Ellinwood School/Community Library will be moving back into its home at the Ellinwood Middle/High School on Tuesday, Aug. 11th!
While we are excited to be back in our familiar space, the library will be closed for the remainder of the week, Aug. 11–14, as we work to unpack, put items back in their proper places, and complete any additional cleaning needed before reopening.
Beginning the week of Aug. 17, the Ellinwood School/Community Library will return to its regular hours:
- Monday: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our community for your support, patience, and flexibility throughout the summer while the library was temporarily housed at the Ellinwood Grade School. We truly appreciate everyone who continued to visit, participate in our programs, check out books, and support the library during this transition.
It has been a great summer, and we are so thankful for the opportunity to serve our community. We are excited to be back in our library space and look forward to welcoming everyone through our doors!
