A new store in Great Bend shines a light on fun fashion and accessories for woman.
Bling Glamour by Nicole, located at 2019 Lakin Ave., opened April 18 with a warm welcome from the community.
“The grand opening was wonderful,” Director of Operations Sammy Grollmes said. “The support from the community was fantastic. People kept saying they are so thankful a store like this has opened up in town with so many businesses closing. They said it gives them a new place to shop with the latest fashions.”
The store features fashion wear, handbags, shoes and accessories including Kendra Scott jewelry.
“The Kendra Scott jewelry line is a wonderful addition to our line up of fashion,” Grollmes said. “We think our customers will really enjoy it.”
The store is constantly changing its stock and new items are added as feedback is received from the community, Grollmes said.
“We value our customer feedback,” Grollmes said. “This is what keeps our store fresh and fun for our customers. If some one would like us to carry something, let us know and we will do our best to get it.”
This customer feedback is what started the store in Great Bend. There are eight other locations in Kansas and when the managers asked their customers on social media where they should open the next Bling, the response was Great Bend.
“We thought this would a great location. We started in a small town and we love the atmosphere that they provide. We can build a relationship with our customers and cater to their likings.” Grollmes said.
The store is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
