Ellinwood City Council to discuss traffic fines Tuesday

The Ellinwood City Council will meet Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. at the city office, 104 E. 2nd, to discuss a new fine schedule for standard traffic offences and review cereal malt beverage applications.
