The Golden Belt Community Foundation and Barton Community College Foundation are sponsoring a Continuing Education seminar from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sept. 16, at Barton Community College in the Fine Arts Building, Room F-30. The seminar is titled “How Charitable Plans Benefit Clients and Further Their Personal Planning Goals, Featuring Ethics” and will be presented by Pamela Davidson, J.D., of Davidson Gift Design, Bloomington, Ind.
This program will benefit attorneys and accountants, particularly those engaged in the estate planning process, as well as other financial and tax professionals who provide guidance and strategies for transferring wealth and reducing estate taxes. This program has been approved by the Kansas CLE Commission for 3 hours of credit, including 1 hour of ethics credit. It is recommended for general (not ethics) CPE credit.
