Music students from Great Bend High School were selected for the Kansas Music Educators Association District Honor groups which will meet in Dodge City on Dec. 1. Front row: Anna Frizell, clarinet; Blake Stanley, Estella Schumacher, trumpet; Clara Kachanes, violin. Back row: Taylor Fry, flute; Megan Wesley, clarinet; Taylor Lampe, trumpet; Michelle Rooney, euphonium; Ben Diel, trumpet. Students were selected through taped auditions. The concert is at 3:15 p.m. and the public is invited to this free event.
