LARNED — Larned High School’s drama department Over Actors’ Anonymous will perform the murder mystery, “A Family Reunion to Die For,” by Mike Steele and Matt Steele at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 1216 M Road,
The play is sponsored by the Prairie Arts Unlimited group. The night starts with a dinner at 6 p.m. followed by the show about 7 p.m. More than 170 tickets have been sold for the performance.
This murder mystery comedy with audience interaction is set in Wilcox’s Western Bed & Breakfast, even though it’s actually on an island, and soon the Wilcox family members beginning dying one-by-one.
Who could the killer be?
Could it be Beatrice Googleheimer, the cranky cook, played by Carrie Kellie?
Maybe it’s the mysterious Costumed Guest, Lola Matthews, portrayed by Jahman Hill?
Maybe it’s an ex-showgirl (Danni Chilcott); perhaps it’s Joel March, a nasty hotel critic, played by Derik Trimmer; or it may be Neil Camp, a manager of a troupe of mimes, portrayed by Michael Wysong.
The fun begins when the murdered guests come back as ghosts to help the audience find out who the real killer is.
