For the third time this summer, a rally to encourage people to vote “no” on the Kansas constitutional amendment question was held Wednesday in Jack Kilby Square. Tuesday is election day. People can also vote at the courthouse during business hours today and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
