The Great Bend Recreation Commission’s Board of Directors will consider a “phone system request for proposal” when it meets at 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 11, at the Carl Soden Recreation Center, 1214 Stone St. Other action items on the agenda include adult and youth soccer rules and an executive session for an administrative evaluation.
