RUSSELL COUNTY — A 13-year-old youngster died in an accident Saturday involving an off-road utility terrain vehicle, according to the Russell County sheriff. Russell County EMS, Russell County firefighters and deputies responded to an accident in a pasture south of Russell at 10:37 a.m. Saturday.Emergency responders discovered that Russell’s Cael Scott Evans, the driver of an off-road UTV, was ejected and trapped under the vehicle, according to the accident report. The Russell County deputy coroner pronounced Evans dead at the scene.
