Street repairs to begin in Great Bend

Venture Corporation will begin repairs to McKinley from 24th Street to 17th Street on Monday Dec. 7. Weather permitting and they should be finished by Wednesday Dec. 9.
There will be five inches of asphalt milled off along the east side of the street causing a five inch drop-off. Please have cars out of driveways by 8:30 a.m. Monday Morning.
Driveways will not be accessible during work hours 8:30 to 5:30 on Monday and Tuesday.
After hours, use caution to and from driveways and do not park any vehicle on McKinley.
There will be repairs to Gano Street from 26th to 29th Street starting on Tuesday, Dec. 8, weather permitting. They should be finished by Dec. 10.
