Claflin area children have been enjoying the “Dig Into Reading” summer program at the Claflin Independent Township Library. Shown below is BriA’na Lewis reading a story about snakes. The participants then created a “snake” from a paper plate. On Tuesday, the Kansas Wetlands Education Center was at the library for a presentation on local wildlife.
