Firefighters responded to one mutual aid call to Ellinwood at 8:19 p.m. in the 600 block of SE 70 Rd., one mutual aid call to Hoisington at 7:24 p.m. in the 00 block of NW 50 Rd, one call for arcing lines at 8:33 p.m., one call for a grass fire at 6:18 p.m. in the 200 block of US-281, and one call for a gas leak at 6:42 p.m. in the 00 block of NE 20 Rd.

EMS made eight ambulance runs. Firefighters responded to one call for a smoke odor with nothing found and one call for a broken power pole in the 9000 block of 6th at 7:37 p.m. Power company was contacted.
