HARPER — Chris Shull, 58, died Aug. 23 at Via Christi Regional Medical Center, St. Francis Campus, Wichita. He was born Feb. 17, 1952, at Scott City, the son of William Horton Shull Jr. and Beverly Raye (Burghart) Shull. A machinist, he was a Harper resident for eight years, coming from Great Bend.
Survivors include two sons, Kelly Shull and Adam Shull of Great Bend; a sister, Ann Shull, and a brother, Jeff Shull, both of Great Bend; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Mark Shull, Tim Shull and Nick Shull.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Lane County Cemetery in Dighton, with Milton Raymer officiant. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Bryant Funeral Home, Great Bend. Memorial donations are suggested to First Church of the Nazarene, in care of the funeral home.
