HOISINGTON — Leslie E. Laudick, 78, died April 16, 2012 at the Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington.
He was born April 24, 1933, Hoisington, the son of Joseph and Arvena (Miller) Laudick.
He married Elizabeth Rose Jan. 30, 1954 at Pueblo, Colo. She died March 2, 1966. He married Anna Ruth Hurt, July 6, 1968 at Lyons. She died March 3, 2008.
The lifetime Hoisington resident was the owner of Les’s Electric. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Hoisington and a member of Eagles Lodge. He served with the Great Bend Police Auxiliary and the Army National Guard for 13 years.
Survivors include two sons, Steven Laudick and wife Kim, Lakin; Alan Laudick and wife Brenda, Lakin; a daughter, Lesley Neill and husband Claude, Cleo, Iowa; two stepsons, Robert Adams and Dale Adams, Wichita; four stepdaughters, Connie Weber, Wichita; Julie Tubbs, Levant; Marla Breitenbach, DeSoto; and Denise Adams, Overland Park; a sister, Joyce Donovan, Scott City; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Laudick; a stepson, William (Bill) Adams, and a brother, Walter Laudick.
Funeral Service is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington, with Celebrant Father Francis Oroffa. Interment will be at St. John Church Cemetery, Hoisington.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. and from 9 a.m. until service time Friday, all at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington.
