Patricia J. “Patsy” Shepherd, 90, died April 9, 2016, at Cherry Village Nursing Home, Great Bend. She was born March 18, 1926, at Oklahoma City, Okla., to John and Katherine Mary (Birbeck) Shepherd. A lifetime Stafford County resident, Miss Shepherd was an Avon Lady and farmer.
She was a member of Prince of Peace Parish at St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Altar Society, Great Bend.
She is survived by distant cousins.
Altar Society Rosary will be at 4 p.m. Monday, April 11, at Bryant Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Great Bend Cemetery with Father Louis Trung Dinh Hoang officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial donations to Holy Family School Endowment or St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church may be made in care of the funeral home.
