This year, National Employ Older Worker Week (NEOWW) takes place Sept. 28 - Sept. 24. It is a great opportunity to remind employers to consider, and seriously look at employing the older worker.

NEOWW purpose is to recognize the vital role of older workers in the workforce. NEOWW aims to increase awareness of older workers and develop innovative strategies to tap into solutions.

NEOWW 2022’s theme is “Employment is Ageless.” Every worker brings a wealth of experience to the workforce at every stage of his or her career. “Employment is Ageless” means older workers continue to be mainstream innovators in the workforce at any age.
