Lady Panthers volleyball team sweeps to open season

MAIZE — The Great Bend High School varsity volleyball team opened their season with a pair of impressive victories on Tuesday night.

The Lady Panthers  spiked Maize in three sets, 25-18, 12-25, 25-21, and also bounced Salina South, 25-20, 25-21.

GBHS travels to Garden City on Thursday for a Western Athletic Conference battle with the Lady Buffaloes.
