Patrick Phelan has been promoted to assistant vice president and loan officer at First Kansas Bank, according to Paul Snapp, President and CEO.

“Since joining our Bank, Patrick has been providing excellent service to our customers while increasing his banking knowledge,” Snapp said. “Patrick’s leadership, values and judgement serve our bank well. I am pleased to announce this well-deserved promotion.”

First Kansas Bank has offices in Hoisington, Claflin, Great Bend and Hays.
