The Prince of Peace Altar Society is taking orders for its spring Kolache Bake and Take. Orders can be picked up from 5-6 p.m. on Friday, April 24, at the St. Rose Auditorium.
Members will be baking 400 pans of kolaches and cinnamon rolls. Available fillings for kolaches are apple, apricot, cherry, cream cheese peach and poppy seed. Kolaches and cinnamon rolls (with or without raisins) are sold in pans of six for $7. No mixed pans will be available.
This spring the altar society ladies are asking customers to call in their orders in advance as the baked goods sell quickly. They do not anticipate having any left over for drop-in customers.
