Rozlyn Faye Arnold was granted her angel wings in the arms of her loving parents at 7:20 p.m. on June 15, 2012, at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. She was born at 1:28 p.m. on June 13 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. She weighed 6 lbs. 4 oz. and was 18 in. long. In her short time on earth Rozlyn was loved and cherished by many and will remain forever within our hearts.
She is preceded in death by her brother Garin Dean Arnold and several great-grandparents. Leaving behind her mother and father, Lottie and Michael Arnold; sister Shelby Marie Fields; grandparents Jill Johnson, David Thompson, and Steve and Debra Arnold; great-grandparents G.W. and Lois Thompson, and Bonnie Arnold; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of her life and a balloon release in her honor will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Great Bend with the Reverend Phyllis Flory officiating. Parents will be receiving family and friends prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.
