NORMAN – Okla. — Thomas Eugene Coulter, 65, passed away Dec. 2, 2015, at his home. Born Aug. 2, 1950, in Hoisington, he was the son of Arbie and Etta Bell (Shook) Coulter.
Survivors include his companion of over 30 years, Rhonda Bitter of Norman, Okla.; siblings, Curtis Coulter of Kansas, Barbara Bayley of Calgary, Canada, and Arletta Jurgens of Colorado; nine nieces and nephews; and an aunt, Eula Mae Keener. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Dec. 23, at the Activity Center in Hoisington on Susank Road.
