The Barton County Commission will meet Monday morning and the Great Bend City Council will meet Monday evening.

The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. The agenda includes a proclamation for Domestic Violence Awareness Month, joining the Golden Belt Community Foundation’s Talent “Come Home” retention reverse scholarship fund and the Central Kansas Community Corrections fiscal year 2018 year end outcomes.

The Great Bend City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the City Office, 1209 Williams. The agenda includes an administrator’s update from City Administrator Kendal Francis, an economic development report from Chamber of Commerce President Jan Peters and abatement requests.
