The Great Bend High School Panther Booster Club announces their 2016-2017 Booster Club Membership Drive and Activities Program Sponsorship Campaign. Members include alumni, parents, teachers, friends, businesses and community members that are committed to enhance the experience that local students have while participating in activities during their academic careers at Great Bend High School. In addition to membership, the Great Bend High School Panther Booster Club sells and distributes Panther merchandise and select concessions. The Great Bend High School Panther Booster Club is the only program that benefits all Panther Activities and 100% of the proceeds go directly to the support of student athletes. These proceeds have helped fund the following recent Booster Club projects: community wide “Meet the Panther” event to be held at the Jack Kilby Square Band Shell at 5 p.m. on Aug. 21; new flooring and paint in the Panther Weight Room; new digital sign located on the southeast corner of Great Bend High School; new softball and baseball batting cage in the Panther Activity Center; new on field batting cage at the Great Bend Sports Complex; new serving machine for the Great Bend High School Tennis teams; football tailgates; varsity game officials’ hospitality room throughout the entire school year; Fall Homecoming Parade; and Fall, Winter, and Spring Sports Banquets. Single Membership is $20; Lifetime Membership is $500.
