LARNED — Approximately 40 “angels” are waiting from the LHS Student Council’s angel tree to be chosen by a generous person in order to make their Christmas a special one this year. Partnering with the Larned Lions Club to provide a joyous Christmas to those in need, the LHS Student Council attended Larned’s Chamber of Commerce Coffee Hour on Thursday at the at the Pawnee Valley Community Hospital’s campus to announce the project and encourage attendees to consider including someone in need in their holiday plans. The public is welcome to stop in at the Larned High School’s office to make your selection there. Your gifts will need to be dropped off at the high school’s office by December 3.
