VICTORIA -- A collision Thursday afternoon in Ellis County resulted in one possible injury, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
At 12:05 p.m., two vehicles collided at the K-255 and I-70 junction, 1 mile north of Victoria. A 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Joan I. Ostmeyer, 63, of Hays, was eastbound at the I-70 off ramp, and a 2013 Chevy Equinox driven by Elizabeth M. Haynes, 33, of Victoria, was northbound on K-255. Ostmeyer failed to yield at a stop sign and the Jeep struck the Equinox.
Ostmeyer and three children in the Jeep, ages 9-11 years old, were not injured.
Haynes was not injured, but passenger Mary K. Tranco, 58, of Victoria was taken to Hays Medical Center with possible injuries.
 All were wearing seat belts.
