The Veterans of Foreign Wars announces that State Service Officer, Larry Rowlison from the Wichita VA office will be at the Great Bend Post 3111, 504 Washington, at 9 a.m. on Nov. 5 to help veterans and families with V.A. claims.
An explanation of benefits and changes to benefits will start at 9 a.m.. Appointments can be set up by contacting Post Service Officer, Frosty Bodine at 792-4030, 617-2160, or after 3 p.m. at the Post at 792-2754.
The weekend schedule is to benefit veterans and families who are not available during the work week.
