Barton County and most of Kansas will encounter potentially dangerous wind chills between 10 below and 15 below late Sunday night and early Monday morning. A wind chill advisory may likely be required.
Areas of light snow are likely for all areas Saturday and Saturday night and may linger over southeast Kansas Sunday morning with accumulations around 1 inch possible. Light snow is also possible over primarily central Kansas Sunday evening then spread across the rest of the region late Sunday night.
Wind chills between zero and 10 below are possible Friday morning in areas primarily along and northeast of Russell through Wichita to Arkansas City. The colder wind chills would be found from Salina to Cottonwood Falls.
