CLAFLIN — In an effort to meet the needs of as many of their patrons as possible, the Claflin Independent Township Library has announced new hours effective Nov. 1.

The new hours are as follows:

Monday, 1-5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Wednesday, 1-5:30 p.m.

Thursday, CLOSED

Friday, 9 a.m. - 12:30 -p.m.

Saturday, 9 a.m. - noon

Sunday, CLOSED

The Library serves Claflin and surrounding areas, offering a wide selection of fiction, non-fiction and DVDs for all ages. Programs include: Story Hour for preschoolers, summer children’s reading program and two book clubs for adults.
