Central National Bank announces new Lending Services Office for Great Bend

Central National Bank announces Chad Steffan as the President and Commercial/Ag Lender for the new Great Bend Lending Services Office commencing operations this month. He joins Central National Bank with nearly 20 years of banking experience and has been in commercial and agricultural lending since the late 1990s. Steffan has a passion for promoting and assisting local businesses and agricultural producers.
“We are thrilled to welcome Chad to the Central National Bank team,” said Ed Rolfs, Chief Executive Officer. “His leadership, commitment to the community, and past experience will be a benefit to our organization and to Great Bend.”
Steffan attended Fort Hays State University and holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration. He currently resides in Ellinwood and has served as past President for St. Joseph Catholic Church Finance Committee and currently serves as a member of the School Board and Knights of Columbus. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, and children, Bryce, Shelby and Leah. In his free time he coaches youth baseball, soccer and basketball for the Ellinwood Recreation Commission.
Steffans current office is an interim location as permanent location plans are finalized for the new Central National Bank Lending Services Office. The interim office is located at 4312 1/2 10th Street Place in Great Bend.
We look forward to serving the community of Great Bend, Rolfs continued. Chad will be a great advocate for community growth and offer customized service with our full suite of lending programs.
Central National Bank also plans to operate a new bank branch facility inside the Walmart Supercenter store at 3503 10th Street in Great Bend. This full-service retail banking location will offer extended hours of operation and will open in September.
