Dennis Keenan has been an attorney in this community for 45 years. He and his wife Eileen raised three children in this community, Ryan Keenan, Jennifer Robbins, and Patrick Keenan. Dennis’ areas of practice center primarily on business law, agricultural law, real estate, oil and gas, and estate planning/probate.
Julie A. Carroll has been an attorney in this community for 17 years, initially serving as an Assistant Attorney General prosecuting for the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and also prosecuting for the Barton County Attorney’s Office before moving into private practice with
Dennis Keenan in 2011. Julie and her husband Brian have three children. Julie’s areas of practice center primarily on family law, criminal law, landlord/tenant issues, and collection work.
