Coldwell Banker Sell Real Estate of Great Bend has announced the addition of full auction services to its existing residential, commercial and land sale activities. Mike Niedens, a well known auctioneer in Central Kansas for many years, is heading up the new auction division. Bringing over 40 years of auction experience to the Coldwell Banker team, Mike will focus on land auctions and private treaty land sales, although personal property auctions of farm machinery, guns, oilfield equipment, antiques, household and collectibles will be offered as well. Coldwell Banker’s auction division will also offer auction services on residential homes and commercial properties.
Born and raised in Larned, Mike and his wife, Sandy, have lived in Great Bend for 32 years and he is looking forward to serving the auction needs of Central Kansas and surrounding areas.
