ELLINWOOD – Star of Hope had a successful Christmas gift distribution program this year, according to Mark Presson, director of the international organization’s USA base in Ellinwood.  

For over five decades, Star of Hope’s mission has been to bring joy to children and families in need. 

In 2023, gift packages held extra significance for many hardworking families. Through the years, Star of Hope has taken a digital approach to Christmas packages, making ordering available through their gift shop. This innovative strategy, appreciated for its environmental friendliness and cost-effectiveness, has allowed them to reach more vulnerable families in each country. 

Local staff ensured that as many individuals as possible experience a brighter Christmas through these gift packages. The local economy has also benefited from this approach, making it a win-win situation for everyone involved.
