HUTCHINSON — Aubrey Linus Schartz, 82, died Sept. 14, at his home in Hutchinson. Born Aug. 20, 1932, in rural Ellinwood, he was the son of Edward and Frances Schartz. On Oct. 16, 1951, he married Bonnie Lou Harbaugh in Ellinwood. He retired from Marmie’s Motors in Great Bend and moved to Hutchinson.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Lou Schartz of the home; children, Dennis Schartz (Berniece) of Enid, Okla., PoEllen Anderson (Larry) of Great Bend, Conan Schartz, Glen Schartz (Debbie), JoAnna Schartz, Zeta Boese (Stan), all of Hutchinson; siblings, Gilbert Schartz (Loreene), Rita Bixby, Leonora Tipton; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
