High water closes low-water crossing near Great Bend
Due to the recent rains, Great Bend city officials have closed the flooded low-water crossing through the flood control ditch just west of the NW 30 Avenue and NW 10 Road intersection. Street Department Superintendent Mike Crawford said they would monitor the situation throughout the day as to reopening it.
